Ashrae Duct Fitting Database Software Free 90

720c5d9bec 38 In order to design a building, it is necessary to install the equipment that will serve the needs of people working and living there. A duct fitting, also known as a duct system, is used to extract or introduce gases. These gas pipelines are often installed in buildings both inside and outside walls where air conditioning units extract cold air from outside and distribute it inside. Here are some considerations for a good building design: - The length of the pipe should be 4 feet so that pipes can run in parallel with each other. - The pipe diameter should not exceed an inch because they can be difficult to manage when routing through walls or ceilings. - The extraction rate must be greater than 13,000 cubic feet per minute. - The pressure loss in the system should be less than 0.5 in/ft. The most common gases extracted are refrigerants in the A1 group, which are used for refrigeration equipment. Natural gas is also extracted to produce electricity in some parts of the world. Industries may use propane, butane or natural gas in their furnaces. There are several types of duct system fittings that can be used to route gases inside buildings: metal bellows fittings, various elbows and type B pipe connectors, which are commonly used on steel pipes. PVC fittings are used to run gases inside walls. Other types of fittings like air diffusers, valves and controls can be used. The selection of fittings depends on various factors like the length of the pipe, the pressure drop in the system, type of gas; etc. "Ashrae Duct Fitting Database (ADFDB)" is software that helps engineers design duct systems with minimum cost and maximum efficiency using an intuitive interface to calculate leakage, pressure drop, minimum bend radius and minimum length for any fitting. Using this software engineers can select the most suitable fitting for every job with minimum effort. This application has been launched by Ashrae Professional Society Inc. on May 8, 2012. The software runs on Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0, and based on ADFDB data set which is part of ASHRAE Standard 55-2014: "Duct and Venting Standard for Commercial and Industrial Buildings". The system provides free license for personal use to any qualified engineer who has attended the Ashrae Duct Fitting Database training for professionals and non-professionals. The ADFDB certificate is limited to use by professional engineers only. http://www.hoaep.org/ashrae-duct-fitting-database-software-free https://web.archive.org/web/20150331131153/http://www.hoaep.org:80/ashrae-duct-fitting-database-software-free/ http://www.retailbuildingsmagazine.
